Can you customize machines to match our recipe or factory layout?
Answer – Yes. Our engineers analyze your product formula, capacity target, and plant space, then design a tailored solution covering heating, mixing, sterilization, or conveying systems. 3-D drawings and a full P&ID are supplied for approval before production.
What is the normal lead time and how do you ship?
Answer – Standard lead time is 20-35 working days after deposit and drawing approval. All machines are wrapped in food-grade film and packed in fumigation-free wooden cases. We usually ship FOB Qingdao, but CIF or DDP terms can be arranged.
Do you provide on-site installation and operator training?
Answer – Absolutely. We can dispatch technicians to your factory for installation, commissioning, and staff training. Remote video guidance and English manuals are offered free of charge.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
